Job Description:
Build and improve relationships with customers, key suppliers and partners. Manage client accounts and act as the key point of contact. Upsell and cross-sell services to clients. Plan, direct, or coordinate customer relationship policies and programs for the purpose of identifying potential customers and determining the demands for services offered. Negotiate contracts for transportation, distribution or logistics services. Reach out to the existing and previous customers/vendors in order to develop a successful referral relationship. Preserve customer's cultural customs and preference to ensure customers satisfaction. Draft reports in English and Arabic.


Education and Experience required:
Bachelor's or equivalent (will accept any combination or education and experience determined equivalent to bachelors’ degree) in Social Sciences or Public Relations or Marketing or related field plus 1 year experience in job offered or public relations or Marketing. Prior work experience must include 1 years’ experience in Negotiating contracts for transportation, distribution or logistics services. Fluency in Arabic required.
